THE BELTRAN STORY
Beltran Construction Services rose from humble beginnings by obtaining a gamut of experience in different vertical and horizontal new construction and renovation projects in San Diego and Los Angeles. Our organization and local workforce understands the value of a quality project that is delivered on time and on budget.
Our executive team is also well vested in the design process and recognizes the value to collaborate early on a project with our clients or prime contractors to share our expertise. We understand that active and clear communication is critical to any project’s success, and of utmost importance in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Our team consistently makes sure project plans and specifications reflect the scope and quality the project has required and is budgeted to.

YOUR PROJECT

Our first meeting is a great opportunity for us to discuss the details that are most important to you, as well as answer whatever questions and/or concerns that you have on your project. We will visit the project site and discuss the general scope of work and walk you through the project process and anticipated timelines. It is important that all decision makers be present at the meeting so clear direction for the project can be made.

One of the most important steps early in a project is to clearly define a budget. This allows us to guide you in decisions that need to be made so the budget is always maintained. We help you design and build towards your budget.

We will partner you with our designer to define a mood board with a color pallet that will be used for selections of paint, tile, flooring, cabinets, lighting, and any other finishes on your project. This process is key to ensure your vision is represented in the design documents.

We will lead the efforts to finalize the construction documents with our team of design and construction managers to ensure all scope of work is clearly defined and coordinated. Our team offers to represent you at the local Building & Safety offices and processes all building permits on your behalf.

Once the applicable building permits are secured, we will generate a construction schedule for your review and approval and set a date to commence work! Sit tight, as this is a turn key process where we hope to exceed your expecations.
